General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase constitute a legally binding document that defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the online store www.amberlita.lt.

Conclusion of Purchase Agreement

3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered valid from the moment the Buyer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the shopping cart, and clicks the "Order" button.
The order and payment are confirmed by a VAT invoice sent to the email address provided or included with the shipment, if requested.

Rights of the Parties

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms and the store's procedures.
4.2. The Seller may suspend the Buyer's access to the store without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to disrupt or harm the website's operation.

Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay for them.
5.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without valid reason, the Buyer must cover delivery costs.
5.3. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order after submitting it, they must notify the Seller within 1 business day via email amberlita2@gmail.com or phone +370 652 53052.
5.4. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and must comply with them.
5.5. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the address provided by the Buyer within the agreed delivery time.
5.6. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods, the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer within 5 business days.

Prices

6.1. The valid price is the one displayed next to the product in the online store at www.amberlita.lt, excluding system error cases.
6.2. Prices include VAT applicable in the Republic of Lithuania, but do not include delivery charges, which are shown at checkout.
6.3. We reserve the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Export Duties

7.1. If you order goods for delivery outside Lithuania, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the laws of the destination country.
The Buyer is responsible for all such taxes and charges.
Before ordering, please contact your local customs office for details.

Product Quality

8.1. We guarantee that the products listed in the store www.amberlita.lt match their descriptions. All amber is genuine and supplied by reputable suppliers belonging to the International Amber Association, ensuring product authenticity.
All precious metal jewelry meets declared purity standards and hallmarking regulations.
8.2. Claims regarding product quality may be submitted within 14 business days from delivery. After this period, claims are not accepted.
8.3. The Seller is not responsible for changes resulting from improper use or natural wear of the product.

The order is processed and the delivery period starts only after payment is received.

Delivery

10.1. Delivery within Lithuania: 3–7 business days.
10.2. Delivery outside Lithuania: 5–30 business days.
10.3. Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not available.
10.4. Goods are delivered by an authorized courier service indicated at checkout.

Returns

11.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy Order No. 217 (June 29, 2001), except cases where returns are not allowed (e.g., natural pearls, gemstones, precious metals and their products — except artificial jewelry).
Refunds are always issued only to the payer's bank account within 5 business days after the Seller receives the returned goods.

11.2. To return an item for quality or other acceptable reasons, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 business days and provide product name, order number, and reason for return.

11.3. Returned goods must:

• be in original intact packaging;

• be undamaged;

• be unused and not show loss of commercial appearance;

• include full original contents.

11.4. The Seller may refuse returns if the conditions above are not met.

11.5. If an incorrect or defective product is delivered, the Seller will replace it or refund the purchase price.

11.7. Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are covered by the Buyer.

Liability

12.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
12.2. The Seller is not responsible for information on third-party sites accessed via links.
12.3. Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

Final Provisions
